Grid Racer

Grid Racer

Grid Racer is a multiplication and division racing game. You advance one length for every fact you answer correctly, and so do the three rivals: each of them is answering too, on its own cadence, and jumps a length forward every time it lands one. Eight takes you to the finish line. A wrong answer spins you out for a moment rather than ending the run, so the pressure is the pace of the field rather than a single mistake.

Comment jouer à Grid Racer

  1. 1Read the fact above the track (for example 7 × 8 = ?).
  2. 2Tap the correct answer — or press its number key — to move your lane one length forward.
  3. 3Eight correct answers crosses the finish line and wins the race.
  4. 4Each rival jumps a length whenever it answers one of its own facts. A wrong answer spins you out while they keep going, and if any of them finishes first the run is over.

Ce que Grid Racer entraîne

Grid Racer trains processing speed on number facts. The rivals turn every hesitation into visible ground lost, which pushes you from working answers out toward retrieving them — the difference between knowing your tables and being fluent in them.

Astuces et stratégie

  • Answer the facts you know instantly without checking; the seconds you save there buy you the ones you don't.
  • After a spin-out, don't rush the next answer — a second mistake costs far more than the first.
  • Watch the leading rival, not the pack: that lane is the one you actually have to beat.

Questions fréquentes

What maths does Grid Racer use?

Times tables first, then the matching divisions, with two-digit addition and subtraction joining from the fifth race. Tables run to 5 at the start and up to 12 later on.

What happens when I get an answer wrong?

You spin out for about a second and a half. You keep the ground you've covered, but the rivals keep answering — so mistakes cost distance rather than the whole run.

Is Grid Racer free to play?

Yes — it plays free in any modern browser and in the Altamens app, with no download needed.
